  • Mezzanine investment for condominium development project of Origin Property, a listed real estate developer in Thailand.
  • Escon Japan Co., Ltd., a real estate company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, participated as an equity investment.
  • The project is located 100 meters from Thiphawan Station (Yellow Line), which is scheduled to open in 2021.

  • Sotetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd of the Sotetsu Group, a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, participated by providing mezzanine loan.
  • The project is located 250 meters from Huai Khwang Station (MRT Blue Line)
